We currently use Peugeot Estate Cars and Partner & Expert type Vans for the more urgent courier work. We also have Long Wheel Base Vans and Tail Lift Trucks available at short notice.

We will take great care of them whether they are packed or not. Our vehicles can be properly equipped with Blankets, Straps and Trolleys (depending on the nature of the load) and are fully insured for Goods in Transit. You can supervise loading and ensure you are satisfied before the driver leaves.

We will usually make the collection within 30 minutes of your call and deliver to the destination as soon as possible after that. We normally calculate delivery times based on an average speed of 40mph to any destination. Traffic delays in places like London are always difficult and cannot be predicted but we can have constant contact with the driver to track progress of the consignment.

Any collections or deliveries made on your behalf usually stay with the same vehicle and driver for the duration of the journey. We may transfer your goods to another vehicle / driver if this helps gets your goods to the final destination more quickly or reduces the cost for you. You will know if this is being done.

Sometimes, yes. We are a Trusted Members (20 Stars now!) of a nationwide network of Registered and Approved Couriers and can therefore offer full UK coverage using ONLY people that are known to us as reliable, trustworthy and properly insured.

Compared to Mail or Overnight Services, yes! But what we offer is the security of a dedicated van and driver service plus prompt response and direct delivery to your customer. When we are working for you we effectively operate as your own van without you incurring the cost of owning and running the vehicle or the driver. Regular users of our services can even have their Logo on our van if they wish. They also qualify for generous discounts on normal rates, 30 day account facilities and priority attention whenever they call. Our basic rates are competitive and usually based on loaded miles but can be negotiated for shared loads on a consolidated basis. We offer a flexible service that can be tailor made to suit your needs.
